Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be lower priority if I don't pay in full?
Absolutely NOT. You will receive the same respect, attention and love whatever you buy from me, and wether you use a payment plan or not. The only difference is you won’t get the bonuses – but that’s exactly what they are, a bonus.
Do you give refunds?
In general, no. When you commit to a programme, I organise my time and my commitments to honour the space I hold for you. You are always free to decide if you would like to continue with a programme or not… but unless it’s a mutually agreed decision or under extreme circumstances, I cannot offer you a refund.
Do you guarantee that I will make a financial return on my investment?
I would love to guarantee this for you, but I can’t. My job is to guide you and hold the space for you to find your own leadership. The rest is up to you – and there are variables out of my (and your) control. However, I am confident that if you take on the coaching, you will have a powerful ground from which to lead your brand, business and creative practice.
I want to do this programme, but I can't afford it. What can I do?
If investing in this will put in a financial situation that you can’t own, then don’t do it. If, however, you know this is the right step for you and a payment plan will make it manageable, then use a payment plan. That’s what they’re there for.
How do the payment plans work?
Payment plans are available in 3 or 6 month instalments.
If you have an issue with payments, please communicate with me directly. Those who cancel payments early and ghost me will be sent to a collections agency.
How much personal support will I get from Raphy?
When you join You, The Artist, you can send me voicenotes, messages and even whole-ass documents you want help with in our dedicated WhatsApp channel. For the duration of the programme, I will respond to all messages within 2-3 days (except weekends!)
If you upgrade to VIP, you will get private daily access to me on WhatsApp, in addition to the 2x 1:1 calls.
What happens after I join?
You will immediately get an email giving you access to the WhatsApp group, which will open a few days before the start of the programme.
As soon as you join, the programme begins for you. You’ll notice things change and move in your energy field immediately… so if you need to reach out, please don’t hesitate to do so.
How big is the group going to be?
